It IS cricket

No, not one of ZZ Top, but the legendary W.G. Grace, one of Britain's most legendary cricketers.

Me and Mrs. 17 Seconds were away this weekend at the wedding of brother 17 seconds, a huge cricket fan. Yours truly was best man, and the speech seemed to go down well (apart from the fact it transpires Mother Seconds didn't know about brother nearly getting extradited from the US for drunk and disorderly behaviour on a plane at the age of 17 until I mentioned it in my speech. Ah well, it had been his suggestion I put it in!)

Our kid's a huge cricket fan, so this one's for you, kid:

Roy Harper -'When An Old Cricketer Leaves The Crease.' mp3 (1976 Festive Fifty no.47)
