This will make the fourth post without any comment, Eduardo: is this right? I know I wrote a message that hasn't appeared. BTW I was nearly chucked out of a party in 1981 for singing along loudly (and drunkenly) to this. Just thought you'd like to know.
sig - did you leave a message on one of the last three days' ones? I know that you posted on Friday's ones. I sorta think TPT bridge the gap between the pistols and Adam and the Ants (1981 version, not '78 obviously).
(typical: I post on two new artists, and someone producing way out stuff, and I hear nothing! Then I post a hit single, dammit, and get lets of feedback.)
Not of course, that I am complaing about feedback!!
Never heard of them before so had to check them out after you left me hanging...
ReplyDeleteThe drum on that track packs some punch!

Well, we're really all just a bunch of reactionary old sods. "Call that music? In my day it were all chain mail and shoutiness..."
ReplyDeletethat is a tune and a half, it should be compulsory after the fifth pint!

Ach, fil, I'm a reactionary old sod m'self, always have been, see latest post on dance music for evidence of this.
ReplyDeleteA.J. Don't drink - but agree with the principle!
This band featured what had to have been one of the best two presenters the Crystal Maze ever had.
ReplyDeleteRemember seeing this on the telly when I was about eight or so, thought it was great. Still is to be fair.
